Adapt Cutting Board System

For our Design Methodology course, our class spent the nine-week semester individually preparing an entry into the 2012 International Housewares Association's International Home and Housewares Show. I chose to try and streamline the food preparation process through a cutting board system that would allow users to accomplish multiple tasks in one step to save time. Because the project was done over the course of nine weeks, extensive research, from observational studies, surveys, market research, and interviews among others were done to solve the problem and validate our design.
